First, they can learn English even in Japan. There are many English classes in other culture schools. If they study abroad, they need much money. Learning English in Japan costs lower than that of foreign counties.

Second, these days covid-19 (corona) spread all over the world. They might suffer from such diseases. It might be difficult for them to go to hospitals.

　Some people say that in some Japanese university programs, students must study abroad for one year, others do not (say). Actually, I do not think they must study abroad for the following two reasons.

　First, they can learn English even in Japan. There are many English classes in other culture schools. If they study abroad, they need much money. Learning English in Japan costs lower than that of foreign counties.

　Second, these days covid-19 (corona) spread all over the world. They might suffer from such diseases. It might be difficult for them to go to hospitals.
